Returns & Exchanges

At Cold Turkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
